Overview
- The notes will redeem automatically (Autocall Redemption Event) if the underlying performance is > or = to 95% of the Initial Level on the relevant Valuation Date in Year 1, 95% of the Initial Level on the relevant Valuation Date in Year 2 or if the underlying performance is > or = to 100% of the Initial Level on the relevant Valuation Date in Years 3-7
- First callable observation date: August 18, 2025, annual observation dates will follow thereafter
- In addition to the Autocall Redemption Amount, the following interest payment will be made:
- Year 1 - 9.17% (95% call level)
- Year 2 - 18.34% (95% call level)
- Year 3 - 27.51% (100% call level)
- Year 4 - 36.68% (100% call level)
- Year 5 - 45.85% (100% call level)
- Year 6 - 55.02% (100% call level)
- Year 7 - 64.19% (100% call level)
- If the underlying performance is > or = 70%, client receives principal
- If the underlying performance is < 70%, client receives the underlying performance
- In addition to above, an Interest Payment will be paid if the underlying performance is > or = the autocall Level on the Final Valuation Date
